Where are the Roses?
A thought occurred to me last night as I planned my blog entry for this morning: I have been writing about Portland's Rose Festival with not a single image of a rose or perhaps even any flowers at all. Needless to say, the floats that we observed down at the Waterfront Village featured numerous colors and varieties of roses. I loved the partial focus on the opening petals on this flower, along with the pink and cream colors. Stop and smell a rose today!
