Big Things

Big things sometimes come in small packages. Think about that generous check or crisp bill in a card from a grandparent on a given celebration. Or the flowers below that I captured in downtown Lake Oswego.



While the blooms on this particular plant are quite petite, they certainly pack a visual punch with their vibrant green and pink and also the sheer quantity of blooms present in the photo. I also love the way they seem to sit on the supporting leaf like a lily pad. Enjoy a little bit of Spring on this wet day in the Rose City.
