Birthday Celebrations

As many of you know, I absolutely love birthdays. When I was working at the credit union, I relished the opportunity to wish someone well on their big day! Well, yesterday happened to be Drifter's 3rd Birthday, which was cause for a great celebration!

Now, Drifter is a bit high strung, still running around with all the energy of a puppy. Heck - he still is a puppy. So we decided against a huge party with other dogs because we wouldn't get to spoil him with silly (but not really silly) treats and party favors and also because 5-6 dogs would have been a handful.

So shortly before dinner last night, Drifter and Muttley celebrated his birthday with ice cream cone cookies, Frosty Paws ice cream, Bolt party hats, and a new toy for Drifter, a rubber chicken wearing a bikini! It was a timeless party...
