Well yesterday turned out to be a snow day for me, with heavy wet snow falling much of the day here in the Seattle area. As flakes fell, I worked from home, nestled under a blanket to keep warm and cozy. On a lunch break from my work, it was a delight to walk the neighborhood with Drifter and Molly, watch as he buried his face in the snow drifts, and observe kids with sleds and snowmen. We received only 3 inches of the white stuff yesterday, but that's enough to really close this hilly city with limited winter weather resources.
I've got a few pictures to share with you from our outing this past weekend, including the image above. It was just too wet and cold yesterday to capture images. And today, Seattle is being treated to an ice storm to cover that build up of snow. Stay safe!
